Glass Technician/
Service Organization Application

GRSN invites all established, professional glass technicians and service maintenance organizations to apply for free membership in the Network by completing and submitting the application below.

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the GRSN (generally within two business days) and verified to confirm that the information provided is accurate. If approved, your company will be notified via email with the instructions on how to activate your membership by re-verifying your contact information and linking your Website to GRSN. Once final verification is completed, your company will be added to the GRSN database and map.

To maintain your membership in GRSN, you will be required to re-verify or update your contact information at least annually and agree to respond to all Service Order/Quote Requests (even if you choose not to provide a written quote) in a timely manner.

Please complete all fields before submitting and check for accuracy – incomplete or inaccurate information will result in application denial.

Please note: A separate application must be submitted for each location (even if owned by the same company or operating under the same business name), as referrals are distributed by area(s) serviced.
